Legal question: Trump is asking for a machine recount in Georgia, which is apparently his right, but what if it can’t be done because signature matching is no longer possible?

IMO if they checked the envelope signatures and found thousands didn’t match that could be litigated no matter who the vote was for. You’d know 1000’s were fraud & court would then to remedy— or invalidate - not sure the remedy but it would be a game changer.

an election is presumed valid if the state’s procedures, as enacted by the state’s legislature, are followed. the burden of proof is on the challenger. you can’t just stand on the sidelines saying, “this stinks!” and invalidate an election. Art 2, Sec 1, US constitution:pic.twitter.com/vUKocCpTKI

Asking for another recount may be part of the strategy to delay certification in time for lawsuits to be filed.

Perfection is the enemy of done. Probably all previous elections were imperfect as well. But somehow we managed to keep going. Time to pass the baton. Fix problems for the next election. The Kraken, is probably just that, a figment of a loser's imagination.

Excellence is a much more civilized concept than perfection
