Moot point when US leadership was in denial for months at the onset of the pandemic. Lead by example.....

Option 1: Isolate, test, quarantine quickly, before it spreads geometrically and gets out of hand. Need lots of testing kits, but not tens of millions. Or Option 2: Let known hot spot in New Rochelle, New York, fresh from Italy, spread out of control to rest of country for months

We could have covered more tests with mass serology testing. US Gov doesn’t want that for some reason. Hmm

It could have, if we used a protocol from anther country like South Korea instead of insisting on using one developed specifically for the US, by us, and then screwing that up and having to start over again, setting testing back by several very critical weeks at the onset.

There's no reliable, valid method of testing for the virus anywhere in the world. We're all working with guesses and approximation.

Europe is doing everything mentioned above but still has outbreaks. The US isn’t alone in this.

And they still don't exist in sufficient quantity. There needs to be up to 40 million tests per day to try and contain the virus sans vaccine. We (US) also do not contact trace nearly as much as other countries. This is easy stuff that the President failed on.

If it's easy to do, why didn't the states set this up on their own?

And I'm glad to see you finally admit our testing sucks, vs your comment earlier that we tested 2 million yesterday (which is still not enough).
