Travel to the state of Schleswig-Holstein was banned for weeks in spring/summer and is now banned again for tourism. Not sure about other states.

Mecklenburg Vorpommern is the state by the Baltic Sea in the north-east. The state relies heavily on tourism and has had 30 new infections. Problem is people coming from Berlin for half term as they will need to go into quarantine. Only family visits allowed, no day travel.
