Fox news has the highest ratings by far in television "news" programming so one would think their articles online would be popular as well unless only older boomers are mostly conservative, watch tv and have no access to the internet? More likely google is biased for some reason

There isn't a lot of evidence for that. CNN and WaPo are more popular, there are more Trump-critical news websites than Trump-friendly ones, so they're creating more links between each other, they might be more attractive for advertisers, their website technology might differ...

This is/was true, a few weeks ago I googled a breitbart headline as it appeared in my Twitter feed. Popped up on my DuckDuckGo search. Not at all on Google.
