If a poor Black kid and a poor White kid in America of equal ability were to follow the same strategies for success in life, which one would have a better outcome? No one knows. We don't track that. We should be comparing outcomes by LIFE STRATEGIES, not by skin color.

My anecdotal experience as a business owner and advisor is that the last thing on my mind is your ethnicity. This is true of every other business owner I know in technology. We just need people that can do the work. EEOC claim issues never crossed my mind, or other owners I know.
