Sounds like Scott starts of with a premise “it was not possible to know anything before making those decisions” and then create justifications backwards.

I agree w Mr. Karr. Their luck in outcome is #2 compared to not forcing anyone to do anything and simply advising to isolate as much as possible. They knew this wasn’t deadly for much of the population w the same information we all had.
