agree... but we have yet to do a RCT in high risk early intervention - for pretty much any therapy... irony is the ONE study that finished, tested pretty much healthy people and had an efficacy trend (P=.117). need to combo it w/bromhexine (or other)https://twitter.com/Valueinvestor41/status/1292154025153105920?s=20 …

also showed, much to many's chagrin... the therapy was safe and tolerable... that study alone could provide sufficient rationale for physicians to prescribe off label as it was a study in indication showing non-deleterious results and trended toward benefit (esp in high risk)
