How is mask effectiveness still a debate five months into this pandemic? Do we really have no credible data correlating mask use and spread of coronavirus? Here I only care about real world curve-bending, not lab experiments. The lab stuff is nearly all bullshit like this one.https://twitter.com/AlexBerenson/status/1293669103241224197 …

Scott, you've answered the question. The establishment really wants masks. There is lots of data. They are unable to present a clear benefit case. There is no clear case. Show me one case where someone took HCQ early and died.

Ok...being conspiratorial here....do “They” want us to know....or do “They” care to know?

I think the answer is yes for medical grade masks - ie the ones you see used in Hospitals (N95, surgical masks). These have been well researched and shown to work across a broad range of pathogens. I expect the cloth masks will take a while (year or more?) to sort out.

There definitely is enough data now. If they worked it'd be really, really easy to demonstrate. Thousands of studies have shown ALL NPI's have no impact at beyond 1% prevalence.
Denmark did an RCT, just completed. Still not recommended for the general public there.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
