What percentage of those infected kids got it from an adult?
Not all of them. Probably few.
Which PROBABLY means kids infect kids, even when asymptomatic.
But kids don't infect adults?

So does it logically follow that we need to keep schools closed indefinitely, even though there’s no evidence of child to adult transmission? You lost me there. As a parent, I think the importance of school outweighs the risk.

That’s a very unpersuasive analogy - we have probably millions of student/teacher interactions since the beginning of the pandemic to base an argument on, but no experience whatsoever with not having a military.
