If "Kids rarely get sick with COVID-19" is your argument for opening schools, while ignoring the spreading-to-grandma part of the equation, I don't want to hear anything else you have to say.

True - but if we take extra precautions to limit exposure to the high-risk population... opening schools and letting the kids spread it among themselves may actually turn out to be the fastest (and least lethal) way to get to herd immunity!
