I don’t believe any country is doing widespread testing and contact tracing EFFECTIVELY. Sounds like something a government might say they are doing because it sounds good.

What about testing? That seems to be universally accepted among doctors, scientists, and even most politicians, that better testing is essential to containing the virus.

In terms of analysis, it seems that we should be analyzing those countries that had outbreaks and then managed to contain the virus, such as Italy and South Korea. They still face challenges, but saying "no one knows" is somewhat reductive. We can learn from them.
