Going below FDA standards is a huge problem. Serves no purpose and opens the door to scores of other low quality tests. And lots and lots of conflicts with them promoting their own investments, etc. Pilfering HHS (side note, FDA exists underneath it) is not a new phenomen

If the tests are inaccurate it introduces a yuge amount of bad information into the equation that will almost certainly make things worse whether they are giving false positives or negatives
