Not sure anyone can know about false positive rate given that so many infected is asymptomatic. i.e no physical difference between asymptomatic correct positive and false positive

From the article their test doesn't detect the virus during incubation period, it would detect only after symptoms appear after 3-5+ days of infection (incubation + 15-24 hours).

Then they use the false claim that PCR test doesn't detect the virus during the incubation period either and therefore the difference is very small.
