After hearing @AlanDersh on Tucker last night, I put the odds of him being guilty of any Epstein-like behavior at zero. Time to close that book.

I sort of agree, but then again he is one of the most brilliant trial lawyers ever; him convincing you of his position in a conversation is to be expected.

Ask yourself if a brilliant defense attorney would claim he only had sex with his wife if it were not true. Would only take one past (unrelated) affair to destroy his credibility. And sex offenders don’t offend only once.

No good lawyer makes a claim that is easily debunked because it destroys credibility for the other claims. So if one woman from his past says she also got with him, he set himself up. Lawyers don't do that.
