Not unconstitutional to consistently wear a mask, urge others to, more fully invoke the defense production act, have an earlier, better managed halt to flights from Europe. Governors wanted more help, nor less. The list goes on. & since when does Trump care what he’s accused of?

There is nothing unconstitutional about the federal government mobilizing its resources to respond to natural, or man-made, disasters. But it does provide a convenient excuse for skirting responsibility.
