Your sleep advice works 100% for me. I started walking every day from 30-60 minutes and my ability to sleep is improved dramatically. The key is to do the exercise many hours before going to bed. I just reserve 1 hour per day for this vigorous hour of walking. Bike works too.

Yes, there is a high correlation between exercising earlier in the day and sleeping like a baby at night.
