Is it worth analyzing wether you got moved IN that slot in the first place because your skin color (privilege), or others were biased out of the running because their color? Taking about the dynamics at play with you getting the opportunity, not losing it.

Since this response seems to still be getting attention... notice the lack of response regarding the possibility of getting moved IN because of color. Deserving is relevant because mediocre white content gets green lit all the time over more quality content by people of color.
