- No one can point to an example of systemic racism (except against whites and asian-Americans)
- Resisting arrest is the only thing that gets you killed by cops
- Reparations would be negative if you calculated them correctly

I'm skeptical they can control for other variables, but let's say the data shows racial bias. I would define this as a non-racist system (by its intention) populated with people who have racial bias but might not know it. Seems fixable.
