Three things I learned from the #BLM protests:
- No one can point to an example of systemic racism (except against whites and asian-Americans)
- Resisting arrest is the only thing that gets you killed by cops
- Reparations would be negative if you calculated them correctly

I agree and I think there are arguments to be made about how counterproductive much of the broad BLM platform has been in addressing IMO justifiable frustration. FWIW, this is also not a trivial concept to get across and does look a lot like other bad arguments often made.

It is strange to watch so many, in a sense, pining for the days of Jim Crow and the unleashing of the boogeyman. Why are so many against each other when we fundamentally agree on many, many things.
