Exactly, this is the pattern I'm pushing back against- perceived gender roles. The "targeting males with a sexualized appearance" has been explained to YouTube- I'm lesbian and my hyper-femme appearance is common in my community. We just look like this. Like "bear" gays.

None of that is relevant. Advertisers do not care about your inner world or preferences. They care about what "vibe" their product is attached to. YouTube can't fix THAT problem without a new system matching less-restrictive advertisers with content.
