What is the right amount of time to wait for an example of systemic racism before discarding it as an illusion?

You are probably right. I am at a loss what people mean by "systemic racism". I thought our laws bend over backward to make things fair. I will wait to be enlightened.

Affirmative action is the best example of systematic racism. Such policies are not "fair" to the individual because they favor some over others depending on race (or gender, orientation, etc.)

Comparative Ethology (Konrad Lorenz, et al.) is out-of-fashion. It's too confusing & triggering for the 2020s. Better put out to pasture.
