I'd assume (Perhaps incorrectly) it's included with heroin? Isn't it an opiate? Morphine isn't on there either, presumably because it would be classed under heroin as well.

It's often substituted for other common drugs, without the knowledge of the user. But it's the most deadly, no contest.
