We all know the police murdered George Floyd because “What are the odds he coincidentally died from other causes while being strangulated?” Smart people play the odds.

Now that the autopsy noted there was fentanyl in Floyd’s system, which kills about 50,000 Americans per year, and looks exactly like what we saw on video, the odds must be reassessed.

Likewise, we have to add some nuance to what “resisting” arrest means under the influence of fentanyl. The drug can induce a zombie state of mind. Zombies ONLY resist, because they are incapable of doing otherwise.

If the police recognized the zombie situation, which I assume they see a lot, they would know that negotiating, threatening, and even causing pain would be ineffective.

Nothing short of full body control is even slightly likely to work. Don’t confuse fentanyl with drinking. Even a drunk can follow instructions. Zombies can’t.

None of this excuses the police, because they are trained to be smarter than us about this stuff. Even I would have known not to put someone who MIGHT be on fentanyl in a constricted/awkward neck and breathing situation.

I’ll let the experts explain why.

medical examiner contradicts 2 independent pathologists. A medical examiner who'll have to continue working with these officers for years....who do think would be more impartial

Yeah I'm sure they train for fentanyl. Of course they wouldn't be able to arrest anyone in the neighbor HOOD

There was no reason for him to be cuffed! It was supposedly a counterfeit 20 which would be a citation at worst. The store owner is as responsible as the rest bc the money ended up being fine.

Is the discussion about ‘how’ a man was brutally murdered in the street, and the conflicting autopsies, a distraction from ‘why’ he was murdered, the motives, who else is involved other than Police Officers on the scene?
