The funniest thing about the mail-in ballot issue is that Democrats believe it will work in their favor. This feels like a “Be careful what you wish for” situation. Say what you will about Republicans, but they do know how to take care of business.

Risk to whom? I will do more digging, but so far, the benefits of drop-off voting far outweigh the liabilities and reduce risk waiting in log queues in a time of Pandemic. Also risks the people admin the voting booths. Not seen the evidence that the fact-checkers are bogus.

False. I prioritize the accuracy of the election far a live the risk from a virus when poll workers can take simple steps to protect themselves.

I can, in minutes, think of several effective ways to skew the results of an election done this way. There’s absolutely no reason not to take precautions against fraud.

Also, this should be determined on a state-by-state level. POTUS should not have any say in the matter, especially since he distorts the truth, now on almost an hourly basis. Colorado is doing fine with drop-off voting. If California wants it too - go for it. Another hoax.

It’s a federal election, making that argument pretty silly.
