Are there any countries routinely using Hydroxychloroquine for early symptoms that are having worse-than-average outcomes overall? I only know of the better-than-average cases such as Cost Rico.

Maybe they start to experience shortage of testing kits and undertest. This can explain why the serious/critical ratio is that high.

From what I read only 22% deaths in India medically certified. +80% die at home from all causes. This makes number of deaths in India not reliable. Serious/critical out of active cases is more reliable.https://bit.ly/3db4oqw
