Are there any countries routinely using Hydroxychloroquine for early symptoms that are having worse-than-average outcomes overall? I only know of the better-than-average cases such as Cost Rico.

Turkey vs UK spread. Exactly the same spread. Doctors in Turkey prescribe hydroxychloroquine to everyone who is tested positive for coronavirus reportedly.pic.twitter.com/JuzASMSCQ3

Hello Mr Adams. I Love your work.. but you do need to cut down on the coffee dear, 'cos I do have concerns about caffeine addiction. I myself am addicted to barbiturates and MOET, but as you can see, sir...life can be very unkind to a gal

Besides growing spread India has 8944 serious/critical within 78,444 active cases which is more than 10% and this is very very high number relatively (source worldometers). This number is that one would expect to be low if HCQ actually worked.

Depending on how many people have healthcare access.

It stands to reason it would reduce the spread if were used early. It also stands to reason even if it were to spread if HCQ and zinc were readily available at onset of illness severe symptoms would be reduced. This would in the end help with herd immunity much the same as SARS.
-
The argument about HCQ is whether it can reduce the number of severe cases and deaths or not. It can't prevent infection and therefore can't reduce the spread. If you think it can reduce the spread somehow indirectly - need to show some logic for that.
