Are there any countries routinely using Hydroxychloroquine for early symptoms that are having worse-than-average outcomes overall? I only know of the better-than-average cases such as Cost Rico.

Can you point to one convincing disappointing study that shows hydroxychloroquine used early in disease (not hospitalized patients). And that doesn’t even mention zinc. And even the sickest patient studies are flawed. Morocco just ordered more. Countries using it have lower CFR
