My father who served honorably in the United States Army and retired E8 told me last night he took Hydroxychloroquine almost the entire time he was in the Military. My question is if this drug is so deadly why isn't the US Military dying off in droves?

Point taken on the heart issues. This is something I was not aware of when it comes to older patients. Thanks Scott!

Hey Scott, I saw Dr. Drew say that chloroquine by itself can cause heart issues but Hydroxychloroquine has come up as safer than Tylenol. Any way you can have him on your show in the future? Thanks for everything.

The drug does not "give" anyone heart issues if they didn't already have them.

Exactly. I’ve had chronic health issues for almost a decade, and know all too well of pharmaceutical side effects. Some are horrendous. I’ve been taken off one because reports are now saying it can cause early onset dementia. Yay ! Fantastic.
