That letter describes risk management. Risk/Benefit ratio. It happens with every prescription I write. Look at that particular person, their situation, the treatment, potential adverse reactions, then make a decision.

I mean, a 1200mg dose can cause a heart attack in a geriatric patient. He's not even taking it the way it's supposed to be taken. As a potential treatment or prophylaxis for COVID, it's not recommended to take it for more than 4 days without allowing 900 hours for it to clear.
