Is every risk factor for #COVID19 a Vitamin D deficiency in disguise? Google it: old, overweight, black, diabetic, smog dwellers, nursing homes, prisons, shaded NYC streets, Chinese urban dwellers, covered body parts (Iran). All would have vitamin D issues.

You also get D in fish oil. Supplements should be in form of D3, not D2 for best effect, particularly in older people. Need to measure D3 in blood to determine if deficient or not. Shoot for 70 to 80 nanomol/liter. Below 50 nm/l is bad. Over 100 might be bad too.
