You seem unable to criticize a lockdown ethos that chases surfing teens from the beaches, while simultaneously turning our nursing homes into death camps. It's an absurdity worthy of, dare I say it, a Dilbert cartoon.
As of now, about 1/2 of all COVID deaths have resulted from the mismanagement of our nursing home population during the lockdown. The books are still open, but the final accounting may show that more people died indirectly from the lockdown than directly from COVID itself.
This hypothesis is worth close examination. All assumptions going into the hypothesis are being proven wrong in epicenter, NY: - peek hospitalization not even close to capacity (!!!) - key assumption for Armageddon - start date of curve - virus penetration (anti-body positive)
BTW the Erickson video was taken down by Google. All I need to know. I'm with the Erickson analysis.
They also leave out the high concentration of deaths in nursing homes and older population. Take out NYC and nursing home numbers and these are regular flu risks.
Talk to Sweden.
Actually the original prediction of 1 million death came from model with mitigation taken into consideration.
