South Dakota has been very aggressive and effective with hydrochloriquine treatment at least based upon their 11 deaths with over 2,000 cases and over 1,000 recoveries. If only New Jersey was doing as well.

Yes it’s true. Proactive treatment has a huge impact on the curve you won’t see in states/countries that do not treat. Australia has the same and hydroxychloroquine is their primary inpatient treatment protocol. Countries using it broadly are zeroing out active cases.
