A "voluntary" lockdown is quite different than a mandatory one. If we had voluntary lockdowns (including voluntary store closings) in the U.S., there would be no protests (at least not from the anti-lockdown protestors).

Scott my take away was they recommend to begin ending the lock down in most parts of the country as the mortality rate is much lower and the only way to get to herd immunity. agree two may statistics which are unreliable , but I would think you agree with most of their ideas

Everyone agrees with reopening where the problem is controlled. Don't need doctors for that decision. Just better politicians.
