Pro Tip: If you find yourself bleating, "But he literally said that," you are demonstrating that you don't understand how words work. Meaning requires context. It never matters what someone LITERALLY said. It only matters what they meant, which context can help you discern.

Its not about what’s “better”
@scottadamsays. What an elected leader says, particularly the supposed “leader of the free world” says has an impact. A disproportionate impact. Instead of trying to bend space-time to accomodate your argument, think again. - Show replies

This is a never-ending issue with the media and those who can not think for themselves. They always try and take him literally or mind read what they wish he was saying. What he means is always clear but sometimes the words are a bit messy. It happens when you talk off the cuff

Not everyone! I can think of two plausible good consequences: 1. Deranged Trump-hating media again proves itself unwilling to try and understand, before rushing to judgement. 2. Eyes are opened to the reality of how solutions are found in the real world of imperfect knowledge.

I don't under the brouhaha. They are doing internal UV treatments and they are doing IV "disinfectant", as Trump referred to it as, into people's blood stream (hydrogen peroxide for cancer). I guess the idea of a chemical mixture for viruses and bacteria per Trump escapes people.

Frightening how easily so many people are brainwashed and controlled.

Scott mistakenly thinks his point is more important than what Trump said.
