Pro Tip: If you find yourself bleating, "But he literally said that," you are demonstrating that you don't understand how words work. Meaning requires context. It never matters what someone LITERALLY said. It only matters what they meant, which context can help you discern.

It doesn't matter WITHOUT CONTEXT. Funny how you took what Scott said out of context. Unwittingly demonstrating the exact point he was making.

#TrumpDisinfectant Context. "And then I see the disinfectant...and is there a way we can do something like that...". His voice inflects up when he says "like that" which is a speech pattern used to tie "that" to the specific topic "disinfectant."https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=33&v=33QdTOyXz3w&feature=emb_logo … -
He's done addressing uv, saying Bryan told him they are going to look into both references he made to UV. He then says, " And THEN I see...", clearly moving to disinfectant, reinforcing that with the upward inflection. Context makes it CLEAR it's a new topic.
