      I had fever, chills, nasal issues, full body aches, shortness of breath and could barely climb stairs for two weeks. But no cough or sore throat.

          Myself and around 5 other friends relatives had a very similar illness to Covid-19 way back in November... search online reveals many others that think the same thing

          Testing now if different since people are in PANIC mode. Anything slightly pointing to illness people are thinking is COVID19.

          You can sometimes get some of the symptoms and not all of them while having a disease. I don't feel nauseous very often with the flu.
