It matters but NYC isn’t in the top 10 worldwide and Paris is denser. Until everywhere reaches peak we cannot guess easily the worst areas for sure.

All models are inherently broken. Often there are just too many moving variables to accurately predict anything. Models can be useful if a problem has been long established and large enough data exists (insurance tables). That is not the case with Covid-19 Climate Change too
