These same people should call twitter after having a stroke, heart attack or break their leg. They rely on doctors/medical research when they need to be treated, but dismiss it when it inconveniences them.

It depends if you get an acute case. The acute cases are awful-very deadly. But one thing exacerbating this so much is we don't know WHY some develop acute case, but most don't. For those who don't, it is similar to a bad or even mild flu or less. It would help if we knew why.
