I'm sure that the death certificates will be produced to report that. "Gradma died in a car crash kids." "then why does her death certificate say covid-19?" "because they found a trace of the virus on the gloves of the emt who tried to save her!"

Here is something to mul, Scott ... arent there already over 30,000 vents in the US? And who owns most of these? Probably besides the govt, what about hospital corps who own hospitals across US? Cant they ship/share their inventory?

Based on those projections, it seems like max ventilator usage will not even reach 30,000 ventilators? But we have over 160,000 in the US, so do we *need* more?? Seems like the answer is "No"?

Not that I trust the "experts" or their models... but it seems like the models are probably closer to a "worst-case scenario" being that they do not treat NYC like an outlier.

I have my questions about accuracy, but publishing it in public is a good start toward fixing it.

Even if there were enough ventilators, will there be enough licensed technicians to operate them?

we'll know quickly about the accuracy of this model. 8,000 US deaths predicted by 4/4.
