Which imo, just floating that out there without a definitive yes/no is a nightmare scenario. People will end up going to extreme lengths to obtain this if they think it will prevent them from getting sick

I'm no medical spouse, but I'm guessing doctors ask if you have the risk factors when they prescribe it for lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and malaria.
