Doing the rent / mortgage freeze for small businesses directly is the key. The Current plan: Applying for small business loan to pay the rent and then begging government for forgiveness of the loan, jumping through 10s of loops and 20 forms. is a bad plan.

There are Banks already doing this, 3 months and tack in on to the end of the loan.

That is a deferral not a holiday. If they give renters a holiday it just screws the owner if they only get a deferral
