Are the paper goods manufacturers handicapped by materials shortages? Fact check me, but I don’t see how.

Can the entire supply chain for paper goods operate under current government restrictions? I’m guessing toilet paper is essential but not paper plates? Need fact-check.

Factor in the insider hoarding on the first week of resupply. Those trucks will be empty before hitting stores. But that insider demand will be filled in a week, or better controlled.

Manufacturing cannot double production that quick. Lack of workers and raw materials would take a month or more to ramp up that much.

Question: think of all the places TP isnt being used right now -restaurants, bars, countless businesses. Some of the supply made is for commercial use. How does that impact production and resupply?

USA has the “poower” when it comes to manufacturing TP. 90% of what we use is manufactured right here, including Angel Soft and Quilted Northern.
