Can anyone find the #Coronavirus death rate for U.S. patients under-60 with no underlying health issues for the past 48 hours? If the #TrumpPills work, we should see that leveling off even as infections rise.

I don’t think I’ve seen those numbers published anywhere. It’d be a case of digging these up day by day and doing the math by hand, probably.

Crunch those numbers and have them on Scott’s desk first thing tomorrow morning, Margaret.

This is a raw historical JSON that is updated 3 times a day. Not by age. Just country. https://pomber.github.io/covid19/timeseries.json …

Looks like it does chart the deaths per day. I’ll have to parse this once when I’m back on my desktop later.

8 cases (5%) overall is not statistically significant to draw any conclusion about effect of the pills at this point. Also, we don’t know who they administer them to. Anecdotally, a man in NJ feels better after 2 weeks of illness and 1 week on some malaria drug

This has good information. Not exactly what you are looking for. Scroll to bottom and it updates by day. https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/country/us/ …

It is a good site, and I look at it daily, but if you want the change in number of deaths per day, it doesn’t provide that. The only site I’ve seen so far that looks to be charting that is the one posted up the thread with stats for US and Canada. No age demographic info, though.

If I have time after I’m done with my actual job for the day, I will try to compile it and at least post it here. May take a while. I agree 100% - this should be readily available without some rando from BFE doing it in her free time.
