Yes I'm not issuing a "moral" judgment on wrong predictions, it happens, sometimes hyperbole is needed. I have simply not seen the contagion we were all told to expect. And now predictions get vague. "Weeks from now," etc. That's a telltale sign people don't know.

It's also a case where the massive amounts of self-isolating may have stemmed the tide. If this is an overreaction I will never have been happier about being dead wrong.
