His point is that stuff like testing don't really matter anymore, what matters is upping the capacity of hospitals to move through mild cases quickly and care for intensive cases, prepare necessary supplies. Sk didn't improve by "shutting down" they did it by preparing hospitals

Italy has now only 1,500 critical cases and they snapped from it. This does not prove that Coronavirus is very contagious and also very deadly. What's 1,500 in a region of 16 million?

Hold that thought for a few days. Watch other hospitals around the world crash. If they don't, something was different about Italy. We might succeed at spreading the load in a way others did not, but that success will be BECAUSE of the "panic." You are working against it.

I believe Yossi is saying that If you have a hospital that’s always been built to handle apples (flu) and you suddenly bring in a whole new flux of oranges (CoronaVirus) it overruns the hospital. They’ve never seen the orange before and it doubles their patient count.

Or even a suddent uptick in the amount of apples compared to last year.
