Actually, that is not a logical plan. Immunity doesn't need to come at the cost of infection. We relax regulations of FDA timelines for Vaccine testing. Actually, this would help with seasonal flu predictions. Purposely infecting may overwhelm facilities.

Due to extrapolated time lines needed to develop, test & manufacture vaccines, a flu vaccine literally can range from 0% to 100% match. Anything over 70% is considered a success. If we could reduce regs from testing & speed up manufacture... less time req = higher match %.
