I don't see any reports of temporary hospital facilities either.

There are FEMA facilities that can be activated. Hospitals also have disaster plans. They convert whole areas to ICUs. This is old, but explains it. We also have military, VA, and other facilities. https://www.fema.gov/news-release/2004/04/21/national-disaster-medical-system …

Actually there is one. FEMA keeps medical supplies and pharmaceuticals in warehouses all across the country. So does the military. When the governors and others "declared emergencies" they gain access to the supplies. Just like a disaster (because it is one)
