True. We're rushing towards ubiquitous facial recognition zero privacy. It'll change our lives, but the real danger will come when some (i.e. only governments and some corps) have access to it. When it's distributed, it's less able to be abused by the powerful.

Wouldn't surprise me if the gov./corps already have a better version of this, and what we're seeing here is the roll out of a civilian version. Still, this tech will likely help the national center for missing & exploited children
