For sure. Any trip that could be postponed, would. And the trips those displace are more likely to be the least valuable. And resources can be diverted to expand travel to other places. Still likely to be very disruptive Back of envelope forthcoming

What if a Chinese surgeon (trained in America) who performs live saving surgeries was on vacation in China, or some live saving equipment parts get stuck, etc. Fringe cases but possibilities can’t be ruled out. Odds of people here dying of virus probably no greater than that
