I’m guessing the Iran has buried nuclear sites right next to cultural sites. This threat is designed to tell Iran that we know and don’t think we won’t take them out.

Ok, from the article: [DefSec] Mark Esper ruled out striking Iranian cultural sites Monday, saying, "We will follow the laws of armed conflict..." I'm not sure if his answer was a specific rebuke of Trump, or if it's a sidestep.
